Pharmaceutical Anti-explosion Vacuum Homogenizing Emulsifier Mixing Machine
The Anti-explosion Vacuum Emulsifer Homogenizer Mixing Machine (Tank/Vessel) is used for blending, dispersing, homogenization and emulsification of fluid liquid material. It's suitable for emulsification of the Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic, Chemical products, Food industry, Adhesive industry, Daily use products. Such as cream, ointment, detergent, salad, sauce, lotion, shampoo, toothpaste and so on.
This machine include homogenize tank, oil phase tank, water phase tank, heating system, cooling system, temperature control system, vacuum system, and clean system, control system and so on.
1. The pot cover is automatic rising type.
2. The material was directly drawn into the emulsifying boiler from oil boiler and water boiler based on a pipe that is under vacuum state. The discharge is based on turning the emulsifying boiler.
3. The heating system is electric heating and steam heating by the heating pipe, which the temperature is controlled automatically. Put the cool water into the intercalated bed so as to cool the material, simple and convenient (have a warm layer outside intercalated bed).
4. The homogenizer and the blade stirring can together work and separate work.
5. The material sliming, emulsification, mixing, dispersing etc. can be finished during short time.
6. Contact position adopts high-quality stainless steel (medical use adopts 316L material, the interior surface is mirror polish, Vacuum agitating device is hygienically, it is made according to the normal hygiene standard of GMP.

Usually we appreciate T/T 30% deposit , then 70% balance is paid before shipment ,we usually offer fob ningbo price. but we also accept other way like L/C .
