This is suitable for fluidity granular, powder or liquid and so on in the fields of pharmacy, foods, daily chemical which packed into middle & small pouch size. Such as sugar, soup seasoning, chicken monosodium glutamate, oatmeal, instant coffee, tomato ketchup, oil, wash powder, milk powder etc.
1. This series of Vertical Packing Machine were designed for the automatic package of non-sticky powder, granular materials in foodstuff and pharmacy such as coffee, sugar, plant seeds, drier, Chemicals tea and etc.
2. All the work of bag making, measuring, material filling, sealing, counting and code printing can be done automatically.
3. Photoelectric and tracing system or PLC system can be provided without your specific requirements. The PLC controller has the advantages such as setting the length of the bag, the out put alarm and the speed and quantity with buttons.
4. The machine can finish these functions such as bag forming, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting, counting and batch printing.
5. Adopts advanced photoelectric tracking system. Pouch length can be set directly. When using packing film with cursor mark, the first pouch can seize cursor mark, get correct design picture. The bag pulling system can make bag smoothly and correct. Apopts the PLC and touch scree, machine is easy to operate.
